Trading for Good
In the current economic climate, how do you get thousands of small businesses to be more socially active? It's a question being asked around Government, including the Prime Minister himself, and Eyebright has been at the heart of shaping and delivering a new high profile digital service which seeks to address the challenge.
Due for launch later this year, Trading for Good is a new, not-for-profit digital service helping small businesses improve their reputation through showcasing the good work they do in their communities. It will also give free advice - everything from taking on apprentices to supporting charities to being more environmental.
Trading for Good emerged from the Cabinet Office's Every Business Commits programme and is supported a range of partners including BIS, the British Retail Consortium, the Institute of Directors and the Forum of Private Business, Excell Group, Dods, Visa Europe, Itineris and Ernst & Young.
Eyebright has played a central role in developing the overall service proposition, its communication strategy and rollout of the service.
